Top Tips
- Ensure the chicken and vegetables are not too overcrowded in your air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the fajitas in two batches or half the recipe.
- Save time and use a store-bought fajita seasoning mix (1 standard sachet) instead of making your own.
- If you have time, marinate the chicken and vegetables in the fajita spice mix for an hour before air frying. Or even better, mix everything together the night before and store it in the fridge until ready to cook!
