🥘 Ingredients
Chocolate Orange - 1 milk chocolate Terry's Chocolate Orange (157g)
Chocolate Orange Minis - or use full-size chocolate orange segments for decoration if you prefer.
Dark Chocolate - make sure it's 70% cocoa solids for the best flavour.
Butter - unsalted is best for this recipe.
Golden Syrup - use honey or corn syrup if you can't get hold of golden syrup.
Digestive Biscuits - crushed with a rolling pin. You could substitute for ginger biscuits or shortbread.
White Chocolate Chips - or swap for dark chocolate chips.
🔪 Instructions

One: Melt the butter, syrup, chopped chocolate orange and dark chocolate in the microwave. Cook in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.
Two: Pour the melted chocolate mixture onto the crushed digestive biscuits and stir to combine.
Three: Mix in the white chocolate chips.
Four: Press into a 20cm square baking tin lined with cling film. Use the back of a metal spoon to press the mixture firmly down, then top with the chocolate orange minis. Chill in the fridge before cutting into bars.
Top Tips
- Speed up the chilling process by placing the Terry's Chocolate Orange tiffin in the freezer for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
- Crush the digestive biscuits in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, leaving some larger chunks for added texture.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces before melting it with butter and syrup for faster, smoother melting.
- Stock up on Terry's Chocolate Oranges when they’re on sale, usually around the Christmas season.

Serve these chocolate orange tiffin bars at bake sales, buffets, or why not make a batch to give away as gifts at Christmas? Place them into pretty bags and tie them with a festive ribbon!
📖 Variations
- Transform it into Chocolate Orange Rocky Road by adding 2 handfuls of mini marshmallows.
- Grate in the zest of 1 orange and add a handful of dried cranberries for a fruitier flavour.
- Add chopped pecan nuts for crunch and texture.
- Drizzle white chocolate over the top of the chilled tiffin and allow to set before cutting into bars.

🥡 Storage
Store - Place the tiffin in an airtight container and store it in a cool dry place. They will keep for 5 days.
Freeze - The tiffin can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

The main difference between chocolate tiffin and rocky road is marshmallows. Rocky road contains marshmallows and tiffin does not.

Ingredients
- 245 g Digestives crushed (see top tip)
- 1 Terry's Chocolate Orange chopped
- 150 g Dark Chocolate chopped
- 100 g Butter
- 150 g Golden Syrup
- 100 g White Chocolate Chips
- 16 Chocolate Orange Minis
Instructions
- Line a 20cm baking tin with cling film, making sure it overhangs the edges of the tin.
- Melt the chocolate (chocolate orange and dark chocolate), butter and syrup in a large bowl in the microwave. Cook in 30 second bursts and mix inbetween.1 Terry's Chocolate Orange, 150 g Dark Chocolate, 100 g Butter, 150 g Golden Syrup
- Place the crushed biscuits into a large mixing bowl and pour over the melted chocolate. Stir to combine.245 g Digestives
- Mix in the white chocolate chips.100 g White Chocolate Chips
- Press the mixture into the prepared tin. Top with the chocolate orange minis and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set.16 Chocolate Orange Minis
- Slice into 16 bars and serve.
Notes
- Speed up the chilling process by placing the baking tin in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Crush the digestive biscuits by placing them in a plastic bag and bashing them with a rolling pin. I like a few larger pieces of biscuit left in my tiffin, so don't go mad!
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces before melting it with the butter and syrup to ensure it melts quickly.
- Stock up on Terry's chocolate oranges when they are cheaper, usually just before Christmas.
