Rich and indulgent Terry's chocolate orange tiffin stuffed with Terry's chocolate orange pieces, crushed biscuits, white chocolate chips, and topped with Terry's chocolate orange mini segments!
Line a 20cm baking tin with cling film, making sure it overhangs the edges of the tin.
Melt the chocolate (chocolate orange and dark chocolate), butter and syrup in a large bowl in the microwave. Cook in 30 second bursts and mix inbetween.
1 Terry's Chocolate Orange, 150 g Dark Chocolate, 100 g Butter, 150 g Golden Syrup
Place the crushed biscuits into a large mixing bowl and pour over the melted chocolate. Stir to combine.
245 g Digestives
Mix in the white chocolate chips.
100 g White Chocolate Chips
Press the mixture into the prepared tin. Top with the chocolate orange minis and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
16 Chocolate Orange Minis
Slice into 16 bars and serve.

Top Tips:
Speed up the chilling process by placing the baking tin in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Crush the digestive biscuits by placing them in a plastic bag and bashing them with a rolling pin. I like a few larger pieces of biscuit left in my tiffin, so don't go mad!
Chop the chocolate into small pieces before melting it with the butter and syrup to ensure it melts quickly.
Stock up on Terry's chocolate oranges when they are cheaper, usually just before Christmas.
Variations:
Transform it into Chocolate Orange Rocky Road by adding 2 handfuls of mini marshmallows.
Grate in the zest of 1 orange and add a handful of dried cranberries for a fruity hit.
Add chopped pecan nuts for crunch and texture.
Drizzle white chocolate over the top of chilled tiffin and allow to set before cutting into bars.
