Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Rice Krispies and mini eggs.
160 g Rice Krispies, 50 g Mini Eggs
Press the mixture into the tin. Press down with the back of a heavy metal spoon.
Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate in microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the Mars Bar slice, then sprinkle over chopped mini eggs. Allow to set for at least 3 hours in the fridge before cutting into squares.
100 g Milk Chocolate, 100 g Dark Chocolate, 150 g Mini Eggs
Notes
Melt the Mars bars and butter gently on low heat to prevent splitting.
Press the mixture firmly into the tin so the slice holds together.
Add a little vegetable oil to the melted chocolate topping to stop it cracking when cut.
Chill for at least 3 hours, but overnight is best for clean slices.
