Notes
Top Tips:
To achieve perfectly round cookies, use a cookie scoop to portion the dough onto your baking sheet. If you don't have a cookie scoop, you can use a spoon to form the dough into balls.
Leave enough space between each cookie to allow for spreading during baking.
If you can't get hold of Terry's chocolate oranges, use a mix of milk chocolate, 70% dark chocolate and a few drops of orange extract instead.
If you're baking multiple trays at once, swap them around in the oven to ensure that the cookies all cook evenly.
Variations:
Use Terry's white chocolate orange segments or a mixture of dark, milk, and white.
Stir dried cranberries into the dough for a tart, festive mix.
Make an orange-flavoured glaze to drizzle over the baked cookies.
Add a handful of chopped pecans for a nutty crunch.
