Crush the Weetabix in a bowl and stir in the milk.
2 Weetabix, 80 ml Milk
Once all of the milk has soaked in, press the mixture into the bottom of a small glass jar, Tupperware container, or bowl. Compact it tightly with the back of a metal spoon.
Mix the maple syrup and vanilla extract into the yogurt and spoon over the crushed Weetabix.
170 g Plain Yogurt, 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup, ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Drizzle over the Biscoff spread and swirl in with a skewer. Cover and chill overnight.

Serve with sliced banana, chocolate chips, and crushed Biscoff biscuits.
