These easy air fryer radishes are something a little bit different from your usual vegetable side dish! Crispy on the outside and tender within, you'll find yourself making these again and again!
Place the halved radishes in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix with a spoon until the radishes are coated.
400 g Radishes, 1 tablespoon Olive Oil, ½ teaspoon Salt, ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder, ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Air fry at 200c (400F) for 10-12 minutes (large radishes will need 12-14 minutes), until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Shake halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
Notes
Expert Tips:
Wash, trim, and dry the radishes thoroughly before using.
Make sure the radishes are in one single layer in your air fryer basket to ensure the hot air can circulate around each radish half. Depending on what size air fryer you have, you may need to air fry them in two batches.
Variations:
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or chilli powder if you like your food hot!
Top with grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy version! You might also like my air fryer broccoli Parmesan recipe too!
Crumble over feta cheese just before serving.
Use different herbs and spices such as oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, curry powder, or even smoked paprika!
Add a squeeze of lemon juice at the end of cooking to lift the flavour.
Garnish with freshly chopped herbs such as parsley and basil.
