Ingredients

  • 400 g Button Mushrooms halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tbdp Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • In a bowl place the halved button mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and gently mix together until all the mushrooms are coated.
    400 g Button Mushrooms, 2 tablespoon Olive Oil, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce, ¼ teaspoon Salt, ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes until tender (give them a shake half way through cooking). Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
    1 tbdp Parsley
