frozen for at least 2 hours

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400F).
Unroll the croissant dough and cut into triangles along the marked lines.

Take a creme egg and place at the long side of the triangle and roll up. Continue with the other creme eggs then place them all on a plate.
6 Cadbury Creme Eggs
Brush the creme egg croissants with the beaten egg.
1 Egg
Air fry for 5 minutes until golden. Allow the pastries to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Freeze the creme eggs for at least
2 hours
before using to prevent leaking.
Air fryers vary—start checking at
5 minutes
to avoid overcooking.
Leave to cool for
5–10 minutes
before eating as the centre will be very hot.
Best served fresh for a warm, gooey centre and crisp pastry.
Can be made in the oven at
180°C fan / 200°C
for 12–15 minutes.
Puff pastry can be used instead of croissant dough if preferred.
