Air Fryer Turkey Toastie

An easy air fryer turkey toastie with bacon, brie, and cranberry sauce. The perfect recipe to use up leftover turkey after Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of White Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Cranberry Sauce
  • 6 Turkey Slices
  • 4 Bacon Rashers cooked
  • 150 g Brie sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180C (350F) and set the timer to 10 minutes.
  • Lay the bread slices on a board and butter one side of each of the 4 slices.
    4 Slices of White Bread, 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Turn two of the slices over and spread over the cranberry sauce.
    1 tablespoon Cranberry Sauce
  • Lay the cooked turkey slices and cooked bacon rashers on top of the cranberry sauce.
    6 Turkey Slices, 4 Bacon Rashers
  • Lay over the brie slices.
    150 g Brie
  • Top each sandwich with the other slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside (both outside slices should be buttered).
  • Air fry for 6 minutes then flip with tongs and air fry for a further 2-4 minutes.
  • Cut in half before serving.
