Preheat the air fryer to 180C (350F) and set the timer to 10 minutes.
Lay the bread slices on a board and butter one side of each of the 4 slices.
4 Slices of White Bread, 1 tablespoon Butter
Turn two of the slices over and spread over the cranberry sauce.
1 tablespoon Cranberry Sauce
Lay the cooked turkey slices and cooked bacon rashers on top of the cranberry sauce.
6 Turkey Slices, 4 Bacon Rashers
Lay over the brie slices.
150 g Brie
Top each sandwich with the other slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside (both outside slices should be buttered).
Air fry for 6 minutes then flip with tongs and air fry for a further 2-4 minutes.
Cut in half before serving.
