Notes

Expert Tips:
  • Wash, trim, and dry the radishes thoroughly before using.
  • Make sure the radishes are in one single layer in your air fryer basket to ensure the hot air can circulate around each radish half. Depending on what size air fryer you have, you may need to air fry them in two batches.

Variations:
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes or chilli powder if you like your food hot!
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy version! You might also like my air fryer broccoli Parmesan recipe too!
  • Crumble over feta cheese just before serving.
  • Use different herbs and spices such as oregano, thyme, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, curry powder, or even smoked paprika!
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice at the end of cooking to lift the flavour.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped herbs such as parsley and basil.

Storage:
Air fryer radishes are best eaten fresh straight from the air fryer.
Store - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat - Air fryer for 2 minutes at 220c or microwave until piping hot.
Freeze - Not suitable for home freezing.
