Easy slow cooker bolognese recipe with no browning required. Perfect for busy nights, it’s rich in flavour and freezer-friendly. Enjoy with garlic bread or as loaded fries with leftovers!
Add all of the other ingredients (not the spaghetti or fresh parsley garnish!) and mix with a wooden spoon until everything is combined and there are no big lumps of minced beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 5. In order to thicken the sauce without using cornflour, take the lid off for the last hour of cooking.
