Place the cubed sweet potatoes onto the baking sheet and drizzle over the oil, then sprinkle with smoked paprika, cayenne and salt. Use a spoon to toss everything together, making sure all the sweet potatoes are coated in oil.

Roast in the oven for 18-20 minutes until tender (turning halfway through cooking).
