Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C (400 °F).
Place the prepared cauliflower florets in a large bowl and stir in the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cauliflower florets are coated.

Air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. Flip the florets with tongs every 3-4 minutes

Top Tips:
Make sure the cauliflower florets are in a single layer in the air fryer basket to ensure they cook evenly. Depending on what size air fryer you have, you may need to air fry the cauliflower in several batches.
Keep a close eye on the cauliflower as it can burn quite easily. Turn each floret regularly to prevent this from happening.
Variations:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the cauliflower before air frying for an air fryer cauliflower cheese!
Coat the cauliflower in panko breadcrumbs before roasting it in the air fryer.
Add some broccoli for air fryer cauliflower and broccoli.
Use different seasonings. Indian spices like cumin and turmeric work well with cauliflower.
Like food spicy? Sprinkle over chilli flakes at the end of cooking.
Storage:The roasted cauliflower is best eaten fresh, straight out of the air fryer.Store - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.Reheat - In the air fryer at 180C for 3 minutes, in the oven, or in a microwave.
