Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180C (350F). Unwrap the camembert and discard the plastic wrapping, then place it back in the wooden box.
250 g Camembert Wheel
Cut two slits in the shape of a cross on the top of the camembert (use a sharp pairing knife for this).
Drizzle/sprinkle the oil, honey, thyme leaves, and sea salt over the rind and place the unpeeled garlic clove on top. Place the camembert into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted. If you want to crisp up slices of baguette, simply place them in the air fryer basket around the camembert cheese for the last 4-5 minutes of cooking.
