Apple and Raspberry Crumble

A simple and comforting apple and raspberry crumble made with everyday ingredients. Perfect served warm with custard, cream or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 9 Eating Apples (e.g. Granny Smith) peeled and sliced
  • 150 g Raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar

Crumble Topping

  • 125 g Plain Flour
  • 125 g Oats
  • 150 g Light Brown Sugar
  • 125 g Butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃/160℉/Gas 4.
  • Mix together the crumble topping ingredients in a bowl until large clumps form. Set aside.
    125 g Plain Flour, 125 g Oats, 150 g Light Brown Sugar, 125 g Butter
  • Place the sliced apples, raspberries, caster sugar and cinnamon into a large pie dish and mix well.
    9 Eating Apples, 150 g Raspberries, 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
  • Top with the crumble topping.
  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes until golden.
