Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion, garlic and red pepper strips for 4-5 minutes.

Add the frozen Quorn mince and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes until defrosted, stirring often to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

2 teaspoon Chilli Powder, 3 teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 3 teaspoon Ground Cumin, 2 teaspoon Ground Coriander, 1 teaspoon Oregano
Add the tin of tomato soup and kidney beans in chilli sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
400 g Tin of Tomato Soup, 400 g Tin of Kidney Beans in Chilli Sauce
Season and serve with coriander, rice, tortilla chips, grated cheddar and sriracha sauce for those who like it hot!
