Cream the butter and brown sugar, until light and fluffy.
120 g Butter, 135 g Brown Sugar
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
2 Eggs, 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Fold in the flour, baking powder, salt and zest of ½ orange.
2 teaspoon Baking Powder, ½ teaspoon Salt, 240 g Plain Flour, ½ Orange
Quickly beat in the milk, try not to overmix.
120 ml Milk
Fold through the chopped strawberries.
200 g Strawberries
Divide into 18 muffin cases.
