Easy Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 Corn on the cob husk and threads removed
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200c (400F).
  • Place the husked and trimmed corn ears in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping with tongs halfway through cooking.

  • Brush with melted butter and season with sea salt, black pepper, and sprinkle with chopped parsley (if using).

Notes

Expert Tip:
For extra crispy corn on the cob, spray or brush the corn ears with olive oil (or vegetable oil) prior to air frying. I like to keep my corn on the cob lower in fat, so skip this step!

Storage:
Air fryer corn on the cob is best eaten fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat for a few minutes in the air fryer.
