Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the bacon and garlic on a medium heat, until the bacon is cooked.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil, 4 Smoked Bacon Rashers, 1 Garlic Clove
Add the Boursin cheese and half of the reserved cooking water to the bacon mix and stir until the Boursin is melted. Add more water until you get the consistency of sauce you like.
150 g Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese
Stir in the drained pasta and mix to coat the pasta in the sauce.
Add the grated grana padano (or Parmesan) and freshly chopped parsley, season and serve.
