Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 180C (350F). Unwrap the camembert and discard the plastic wrapping, then place it back in the wooden box.
250 g Camembert Wheel
Cut two slits in the shape of a cross on the top of the camembert (use a sharp pairing knife for this).
Drizzle/sprinkle the oil, honey, thyme leaves, and sea salt over the rind and place the unpeeled garlic clove on top. Place the camembert into the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted. If you want to crisp up slices of baguette, simply place them in the air fryer basket around the camembert cheese for the last 4-5 minutes of cooking.

Expert Tips:
If your camembert doesn't come in a wooden box, simply place the camembert in a small oven-proof baking dish instead or place it on a piece of parchment paper.
Preheat your air fryer before air frying the camembert to ensure the middle of the cheese is melted and gooey at the end of cooking.
Variations:
Swap the honey and thyme for cranberry sauce or caramelised onion chutney.
Use different herbs such as sage or rosemary.
Sprinkle over chopped walnuts or pecan nuts at the end of cooking.
Chilli flakes add a lovely spicy warmth.
Crispy fried bacon pieces add lots of flavour!
Use brie instead of camembert.
