A sweet  shortbread base, sliced Bramley apples, thick caramel sauce, and a crispy shortbread crust flavoured with cinnamon!

The perfect apple bake for Autumn!

Best of all there is no pastry involved!

– 300 g Self Raising Flour – 165 g Butter, cubed – 50 g Light Brown Sugar – 1 teaspoon Cinnamon – 250 g Caramel – 2 Bramley Apples

Step 1

Make the shortbread crust! 1. Rub in the flour and butter. 2. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon. 3. Press half the mixture into  a lined tin.

Step 2

Lay over the sliced apples and spoon over the  caramel!

Step 3

Top with the other  half of the shortbread  mix and bake!
